All school chairs were too small

I work as a teacher in the elementary school in our city. I am a history teacher and as far as my subject is concerned children do not like history at all. And they have big problems with learning this subject. Some time ago I was chosen for a principal and I accepted this offer. But I must say that this is too much for me. I approached in my job only constant complains and I must say that both sides are complaining. The teachers and the students along with their parents have problems. Nobody is really appreciating the principal"s work. What is more there is also a third part in that. The government decided to check the working conditions in all schools all around the country and I must say that the results in our schools were better than I expected. But still there is one problem that I will have to solve somehow. The control showed that al the school chairs are to small for our students. It is a very important thing because the proper size of school chairs is crucial in development of young students. Now the only problem is that the school have no money to buy new school chairs and from the other side we must solve this issue or else the government will punish us for that. And what is worst this problem is not only a problem of my school. Ore than eighty percent of all elementary schools in our country have the same problem and they all have no money to solve it. This is our reality.
